- Develop and implement a strategic plan for reinvestment projects, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee and lead all aspects of the project management process, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Reinvestment Projects, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Resource Allocation.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Motivate And Manage Project Teams To Meet Deadlines And Deliver High-Quality Results.
Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, With A Focus On Driving Efficiency And Streamlining Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Strong Background In Real Estate Development And Reinvestment Projects.
