Director, Networking and Internet of Things
Ensure the reliability and performance of the corporate and IoT networks. Develop and lead the overall roadmap and strategic vision for networking and IoT. Ensure the product strategies and goals are in alignment with various IT and business division objectives. Publish KPIs with trending information. Provide insights and recommendations. Lead problem solving discussions with technology and various cross-functional team members, focusing on root cause and operational excellence. Work closely with IT security to assess and mitigate potential risks. Partner closely with the business divisions in ideation and delivery of IoT solutions. Create and drive product evangelism both externally and across internal stakeholder organizations. Provide functional and technical requirements for Product Design, Evolution, Construction, and implementation. Be the subject matter expert for all platforms around IoT connectivity.
Exceptional understanding of ITIL frameworks and lean principles.
Experience with creating and executing network disaster recovery plans.
Experience in building and delivering successful enterprise level business solutions.
10+ years of experience in a well-disciplined organization where best practices are integral to the management of the business.
Experience working with APIs in various technology environments
Experience with Ruckus, Google (GCP and G-Suite), Palo Alto, Aruba Clearpass, RingCentral, Cisco and Contact Centers.
