Director, Maintenance Operations

The Irvine Company is looking for an experienced Director of Maintenance Operations to lead our maintenance team and ensure the successful operation of our properties. This position requires a strategic and collaborative leader who can take initiative and think outside of the box to develop and implement innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. This individual will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the multifamily real estate industry, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or other related field.
