  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive customer and market insights strategy for The Irvine Company.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  3. Utilize various data sources to gather and analyze customer feedback and behavior.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
  5. Identify key insights and trends from research data and present findings to senior leadership.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
  7. Use insights to inform and influence business decisions and strategies.
  8. Monitor and track the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors.
  10. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the market research field.
  11. Train and mentor team members on best practices for conducting market research and utilizing insights.
  12. Communicate insights and recommendations to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging based on customer insights.
  14. Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all customer and market research data.
  15. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to gather and analyze customer insights.

  • Proven Experience In Market Research And Data Analysis: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Conducting Market Research And Analyzing Data To Identify Customer Trends And Preferences. This Includes Experience With Various Research Methodologies And Data Analysis Tools.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Director Of Customer & Market Insights, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Providing Strategic Insights And Recommendations Based On Market Research Findings.   • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Create Compelling Presentations. They Will Be Expected To Effectively Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Senior Leadership And Other Stakeholders.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Director Of Customer & Market Insights Will Lead A Team Of Research Analysts And Will Be Responsible For Their Performance And Development. Therefore, Previous Experience In Team Management And Leadership Is A Must For This Role.

  • Industry Knowledge And Understanding Of Customer Behavior: The Irvine Company Operates In The Real Estate Industry, So A Strong Understanding Of This Market And Customer Behavior Within It Is Crucial.
