Director, Construction Project Management

The Irvine Company is looking for an experienced and talented Director of Construction Project Management to lead our construction efforts and ensure the successful completion of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects and leading a diverse team.The successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and possess excellent organizational and problem solving skills. In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or a related field, the ideal candidate will also have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Construction Project Management and at least 5 years of experience in leading a team. Demonstrate experience in budgeting, contract negotiation and management, and technical knowledge of building codes and construction processes. Experience working in a corporate environment is also a plus. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to think creatively, and be an excellent communicator and team player.
