Support Office Properties’ ground-up development and reinvestment efforts. Coordinate efforts of Development, Finance & Analytics, Construction, Leasing and Operations teams during design, entitlements, permitting, physical construction, lease-up and operations start-up. Support Office Properties Development team through best project management practices including creation and distribution of agendas, meeting minutes and monitoring discrete and major project milestones/deadlines. Prepare capital requests and development feasibility studies including supporting pro forma and other required financial analytics. Support strategic initiatives led by senior portfolio growth team members. Monitor competitive development and leasing market activity. Work with internal research group and external sources to gather/evaluate market research.
