1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all community outreach and engagement activities for The Irvine Company.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and individuals to promote positive partnerships and support for the company's initiatives.
3. Plan, organize, and execute community events and programs to enhance the company's presence and reputation in the local community.
4. Act as a brand ambassador for The Irvine Company, representing our values and mission to the community.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement community outreach strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
6. Conduct market research and stay informed about the local community's needs and interests to identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
7. Respond to inquiries and concerns from community members in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
8. Create and maintain a database of community contacts, partnerships, and events for future reference and outreach.
9. Coordinate with the marketing and communications team to develop and distribute marketing materials and communications to promote community events and initiatives.
10. Monitor and track community relations activities, including event attendance, feedback, and impact, and report findings to senior management.
11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in community relations to continuously improve and enhance our efforts.
12. Represent the company at community meetings, forums, and events as needed.
13. Act as a liaison between the company and local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships.
14. Uphold the company's image and reputation in the community, ensuring that all activities align with our values and goals.
15. Continuously seek out new opportunities for community involvement and partnership to further enhance our impact and presence in the local community.
