  1. Utilize expert knowledge of Salesforce to support and enhance business operations.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide effective solutions using Salesforce.
  3. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to Salesforce and provide timely resolutions.
  4. Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision making.
  5. Train and educate team members on Salesforce best practices and new features.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce.
  7. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce by conducting regular audits and data cleansing.
  8. Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and features and make recommendations for their implementation.
  9. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance and optimize the use of Salesforce across the organization.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders by promptly addressing their Salesforce-related inquiries and issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Salesforce Administration, Configuration, And Support.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Workflows, With Experience In Implementing And Optimizing Them In Salesforce.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Salesforce Certification (E.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) Preferred.
