Business Support Analyst

Provides timely end user support, responds to queries, resolves and escalates issues. Collaborate with IT team members, contractors, and external vendors in order to resolve issues as needed. Quickly understand business issues and CRM system challenges facing business users. Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and recommends optimal approach for resolution. Understands end-to-end business processes across the business and customer lifecycle. Coordinate with other Business Analysts to understand user requirements.Tracks and documents changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for training and communication purposes. Participates in the feasibility analysis of solutions and enhancements to existing CRM system; ensures the solution design fits the needs of the users and considers impacts to the business and customers Participates in the prioritization of of monthly support releases.
