
Assistant Service Manager

- Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist the Service Manager in overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the property to ensure it meets the highest standards.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all residents, vendors, and team members.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the property, including scheduling and supervising maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure a smooth move-in and move-out process for residents.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for property maintenance.
- Oversee the organization and storage of maintenance records and documentation.
- Communicate any property-related updates or changes to residents in a clear and effective manner.
- Continuously strive to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in creating and implementing procedures and guidelines to maintain the safety and security of the property.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to ensure the property is meeting or exceeding expectations.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Knowledge Of Property Management Software And Systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Property Management.
