Assistant Service Manager
Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality. Assists in the coaching and development of maintenance associates. Performs work using safe work practices. Ensures completion of safety training and actively investigates and mitigates risks. Ensures community common areas and grounds are maintained according to company standards; conducts property quality inspections, identifies and resolves any hazards. Responsible for inventory of parts and appliances; responsible for general maintenance and orderliness of facilities. Performs service requests, unit turns and preventative maintenance work throughout the community. Assists in the repair and renovation of apartments, providing direction to technicians, porters and vendors.
Three to five years general maintenance experience
Expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair and apartment turnover preferred.
On call as needed for after hours emergencies
