6. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex maintenance problems, and develop effective solutions to address them.
7. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for upgrades or repairs to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of the property.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes, and promptly report any violations or concerns to management.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and properly store and maintain all equipment and tools.
