Senior Manager, Investor Relations

The Interpublic Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Investor Relations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our investor relations efforts, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer to strategically manage communications with shareholders and the investment community. As the Senior Manager of Investor Relations, you will be an integral part of our team, representing The Interpublic Group to the public and to the investment community.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in investor relations or a related field. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic investor relations plan to effectively communicate with shareholders and the investment community
2. Represent The Interpublic Group to the public and to the investment community
3. Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure investor relations initiatives are in line with financial objectives
4. Monitor and analyze industry trends and developments to ensure the investor relations team is up to date
5. Respond to inquiries from shareholders and the investment community in a timely and professional manner
6. Prepare and present investor presentations, financial statements, and corporate updates
7. Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, analysts, and investment banks
8. Manage investor relations campaigns, including the development of press releases, media relations, the preparation of conference calls, and other activities
9. Lead investor relations activities at corporate events such as shareholder meetings and industry conferences
10. Develop and maintain investor relations materials, including fact sheets, investor presentations, and financial updates
