Job Description

Manages the Vice President’s schedule and calendar. Coordinates Communications department completion of quarterly reports, expense reports, personnel requests, intern onboarding. Arranges transportation for the Vice President, and assists with department directors. Coordinates events/meetings/lunches, etc. for the Vice President and the Communications team. Conducts a general Communications onboarding program for new department hires. Serves as liaison with Accounting, preparing expense reports for directors and assuring timely preparation and processing of invoices. Assists in training and supervision of interns. Provides general support such as sorting mail, answering calls, maintaining files, managing subscriptions, and fielding questions. Compiles content and formats internal reports on Communications activities.
