Network Resolution Engineering- Vice President

Product life cycle management for the network infrastructure, including both internal and external connectivity. Provide production support for the Firm’s global network and manage the product lifecycle for the network infrastructure. Handle technical escalation and uplift the team’s core skills and SME skills in critical areas like firms DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) protection and tier1 critical application flow understanding. Coordinate with vendor for post mortem and remediate the plat or escalate internal teams for remediation and document for senior mgmt. for review. Provide technical guidance to junior team members who will be required to be quick to react complex issues and understand all critical setup to support. Constantly train the team on new technologies for both technical and functional and define process that helps the team. Maintain accurate network diagrams, inventory, and documentation for network infrastructure.
