Job Description

Drive strategic initiatives while supporting business development opportunities and solving for engineering use cases. Partner with client / business coverage teams and engineering to connect the dots across the organization. Identify the gaps and common problems within the organization. Provide transparency and derive commercial value out of existing relationships. Maintain a pulse on the FinTech, venture capital and portfolio company community and perform traditional account management / relationship management functions. Help to define the technology strategy for our vendor roadmap. Improve vendor engagement and onboarding processes. Interface between business units to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives. Execute both short term, ad hoc requests as well as longer term analyses and projects. Map out processes and develop efficiencies and improvements.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3.5 years work experience in technology or the financial sector

  • At least 1-2 years of project, relationship, or account management experience

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work under pressure and prioritize

  • Broad knowledge of and interest in FinTech, Financial Services, GS businesses and Technology
