• Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental health and safety regulations.
• Monitor the workplace for potential safety hazards and take appropriate corrective action.
• Investigate and document workplace incidents to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop, implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety training and education for employees.
• Develop, implement and monitor programs to promote environmental health and safety.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on safety compliance issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Liaise with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Remain current with safety regulations and best practices.
