Additionally, the Shift Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing staff, managing inventory, and building customer relationships.To be successful in this role, the Shift Supervisor must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be extremely organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail or food service environment, knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, and a strong commitment to customer service.
