Shift Supervisor

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is looking for an experienced and dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team! We are a family-oriented, customer-focused coffee and tea shop passionate about our products and our customers. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store during your shift. You will be a leader, role model, and mentor to our store team.The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or hospitality space. You must have a passion for customer service and delivering great experiences to our customers. You must have a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. You must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work with a diverse team.
