1. Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
2. Verify quantities and items received against purchase orders and packing lists.
3. Accurately record and report any discrepancies or damages to management.
4. Organize and label received goods and prepare them for storage or distribution.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
6. Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues.
7. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and store goods.
8. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
9. Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient workflow.
10. Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
11. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
13. Train and mentor new warehouse employees as needed.
