Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator is responsible ensuring regulatory compliance, job specific, and other training is scheduled, delivered and tracked. The Training Coordinator will assist in developing on-the-job training. Assist with the design and delivery of job specific training. Schedule, deliver, and track all regulatory compliance, Company-required, and job-specific and external training. Track and report training status/completion on monthly basis. Prepare documentation and materials necessary to perform training effectiveness validation.
