Job Description

The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Assessment Process Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a passion for human resource management and developing talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive talent assessment strategy in line with company objectives and goals. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing assessment processes to identify, select, and develop high-potential talent, while creating a positive and meaningful experience for candidates.We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading talent assessment processes. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent leadership, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
