  1. Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and drive success.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
  4. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce architecture and development.
  6. Translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
  7. Design and develop scalable solutions that meet performance, security, and usability requirements.
  8. Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  9. Collaborate with other Solution Architects to establish and maintain best practices and standards.
  10. Document technical designs, processes, and configurations.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  12. Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders and project teams.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce architecture and development.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions to optimize performance and functionality.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's business processes and goals to effectively design solutions that support them.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce: A Successful Solution Architect At The Coca-Cola Company Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce And Its Various Components, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, And Community Cloud.

  • Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, Including Experience With Various Programming Languages, Such As Apex, Java, And Javascript. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Web Development, Database Design, And Integration Methods.

  • Expertise In Solution Design: As A Solution Architect, The Candidate Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Complex Salesforce Solutions That Meet Business Requirements. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Best Practices And Be Able To Leverage Them To Create Scalable And Efficient Solutions.

  • Business Acumen: The Solution Architect Must Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Understand And Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions. They Should Be Able To Collaborate With Stakeholders To Identify Business Needs And Provide Strategic Guidance On How To Best Utilize Salesforce To Meet Those Needs.

  • Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Solutions To Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Provide Mentorship And Guidance To Other Team Members And Drive Projects To Successful Completion.
