  1. Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the global platform to ensure its stability and functionality.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize platform performance and drive efficiencies.
  3. Monitor and analyze platform usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any platform issues.
  5. Manage a team of platform operations staff, providing guidance, support and fostering a positive work environment.
  6. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the platform.
  7. Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for platform operations.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for platform operations and maintenance.

  10. Communicate platform updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  11. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure platform security and compliance.
  12. Identify and address any potential risks or vulnerabilities within the platform.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to manage and maintain platform integrations.

Job Qualifications
