We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Manager to join our team and lead our Global Health & Safety department. As the Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and communities around the world.   1. Develop and implement global health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with company values and regulatory requirements.
  2. Oversee the health and safety programs of all company facilities and operations worldwide.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
  5. Train and educate employees on health and safety protocols and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
  6. Monitor and analyze health and safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Lead investigations into workplace incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  8. Develop and manage the department budget, including allocating resources for training, equipment, and other safety initiatives.
  9. Stay informed of industry best practices and advancements in health and safety technology to continuously improve practices within the company.
  10. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in external audits and inspections.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on health and safety initiatives, risks, and compliance.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior health and safety staff members.
  13. Stay updated on global health and safety regulations and ensure compliance in all regions of operation.
  14. Represent the company in industry forums and events related to health and safety.
  15. Serve as a role model for promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Global Health And Safety Management Role, Preferably In A Large Multinational Corporation.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Health And Safety Regulations And Standards, Including Osha, Epa, And Iso.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Health And Safety Programs, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Both Domestically And Internationally.
