Extensive Experience With Adobe Experience Manager (Aem) Platform: The Senior Manager Aem Platform Architect/Owner Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Aem And Its Various Modules, Including Sites, Assets, And Forms. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Aem Projects.
Strong Technical Background: This Role Requires A Strong Technical Background, Including Experience With Java, Web Development, And Front-End Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience With Cloud Platforms, Preferably Microsoft Azure.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills To Effectively Lead A Team Of Architects, Developers, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Have Experience Creating Project Plans, Managing Budgets, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Scope.
