- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and maximize profitability within the Costco DSD channel.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Costco, including buyers and senior leadership.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to develop and execute joint business plans with Costco.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry, specifically within the Costco DSD channel, to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Lead negotiations with Costco on pricing, promotions, and other terms to ensure mutual profitability and long-term partnership.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sales processes and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for The Coca-Cola Company, representing the company and its values in all interactions with Costco and other external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field; Mba Preferred.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development, Preferably Within The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Driving Sales Growth In A Fast-Paced And Competitive Environment.
Strong Understanding Of The Costco Direct Store Delivery (Dsd) Model And The Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Sales Plans For This Channel.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Costco Buyers And Internal Cross-Functional Teams.
