  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for The Coca-Cola Company that aligns with overall business objectives.
  2. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and platforms, and identify opportunities for the company to enhance its online presence.
  3. Lead a team of social media specialists to create and execute engaging content across various social media channels.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all online platforms.
  5. Analyze social media data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for social media campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Oversee the creation of social media content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
  8. Monitor and respond to social media conversations and engage with consumers in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Work closely with external agencies and partners to execute social media campaigns and initiatives.
  10. Drive innovation and creativity within the social media team to continuously improve and evolve the brand's online presence.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance to key stakeholders.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into social media strategies.
  13. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  14. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of social media strategies and initiatives.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our social media efforts and thought leadership.
