  1. Develop and implement financial plans to support the company's ESG strategy.
  2. Ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting across all global operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful change through data-driven insights.
  4. Lead and manage financial reporting and planning initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to ESG financial reporting and planning.
  6. Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and ESG rating agencies.
  8. Communicate financial information and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  9. Identify potential risks and opportunities related to ESG financial reporting and planning and create mitigation strategies.
  10. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to ESG financial reporting and planning.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance and professional growth.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences related to ESG and financial reporting.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as sustainability and corporate social responsibility, to align ESG initiatives with financial goals.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting standards related to ESG financial reporting and planning.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve ESG financial reporting and planning processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Senior Leadership, Investors, And External Stakeholders On Esg Matters.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Esg Strategies And Goals, As Well As Measuring And Reporting On Progress Towards These Goals.
