- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the designated region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies.
- Communicate sales targets and performance expectations to the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure goals are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular training sessions for sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Represent the Coca-Cola brand and maintain a positive brand image in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And/Or Marketing, Preferably In The Beverage Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Sales Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Region's Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Competitive Landscape.
