Experience In Quality Assurance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001, Haccp, And Gmp, And Be Able To Effectively Implement And Maintain These Systems.
Familiarity With Food Safety Regulations: A Quality Assurance Technician Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Food Safety Regulations And Be Able To Ensure Compliance With These Regulations In All Aspects Of Production.
Attention To Detail: The Candidate Must Possess A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify And Analyze Potential Quality Issues, As Well As Develop And Implement Corrective Actions.
