QA Supervisor

Select, supervise, and develop Quality Assurance personnel responsible for plantwide operations. Ensure accuracy and efficiency of all quality aspects of dairy production and micro testing in thermal production facility. Monitor and enforce proper sanitation and housekeeping procedures. Monitor all Company, Federal and State communications/audits and implement any necessary changes. Establishes operational procedures in co-operation with Quality Assurance Manager. Ensure safety of all personnel within the department. Monitor and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Ensure all department equipment is maintained up to company standards. Ensure department is in compliance with all federal and state regulations along with company policy/procedure. Utilize Operational Excellence tools to deliver productivity improvements.
