- Oversee and manage all aspects of flight operations for The Coca-Cola Company's aviation team.
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers, crew members, and aircraft at all times.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for flight operations to maintain the highest level of safety and efficiency.
- Plan and execute flight schedules, including route planning, crew assignments, and aircraft maintenance.
- Monitor and comply with all federal and international aviation regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of pilots and flight crew, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight logs, maintenance reports, and other required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with ground personnel, air traffic control, and other aviation professionals to ensure smooth and timely flight operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices to continuously improve flight operations.
- Represent The Coca-Cola Company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Commercial Airline Pilot, Preferably With A Major Airline.
Valid Airline Transport Pilot (Atp) License With Current Type Rating For The Aircraft Operated By The Coca-Cola Company.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Pilots And Flight Crew Members.
Excellent Communication And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Focus On Safety And Customer Satisfaction.
Ability To Adhere To Strict Schedules And Work Well Under Pressure In A Fast-Paced Environment.
