- Lead and manage a team of researchers to conduct consumer behavior studies and market research.

- Monitor and track key performance indicators and metrics related to consumer behavior and research.
- Present research findings and recommendations to senior leadership and provide guidance on decision-making.
- Develop and maintain budgets for research projects and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Mentor and train junior researchers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in research practices.
- Conduct ad-hoc research projects and support special initiatives as needed.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events related to consumer research.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment within the research team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Consumer Research, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills, With Experience In Data Analysis And Interpretation To Drive Business Decisions.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Prioritize Multiple Research Projects Simultaneously.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Research Methodologies, Including Surveys, Focus Groups, And Ethnographic Studies.
