Job Description

The Supply Chain Program Manager role is accountable for managing the delivery of Supply Chain initiatives to our business partners, including SAP S/4 Hana the TCCC main ERP solution. Conducting cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects/products as input to the organization’s IT roadmap. Building sustainable relationships with the CPS, NAOU and other Operating Units. Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Driving Agile adoption and leading Agile teams to deliver incremental value to the business. Evaluating new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommending appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Identify potential threats for the product delivery and help to remove them.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with a Full Cycle SAP ECC and S/4 Hana Implementation.

  • Experience in business process re-engineering and standardizing business processes across entities.

  • Results-orientated leadership with strong negotiation, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus building experience.

  • 5-7 years of diversified business process and operational knowledge.
