Health and Welfare Consultant

Works closely with multiple vendors to manage day-to-day administration/operations and ensures timely and accurate benefits processing for all Benefits policies, plans, and programs. Monitors metrics and service level agreements and ensures the appropriate action is taken to ensure delivery is operating as expected within each channel (Tier 0 – Portal including Connect and vendor websites; Tier 1 & 2 – Call Centers including HR Help and all benefits vendors’ service centers). Assists in defining the issues and scope of assigned projects, and determines approach and methodology for implementation. Also may serve as project manager during the execution phase. The full scope of Benefits Delivery includes eligible domestic, international, bargained, and non-bargained associates, retirees/alumni, and former employees. Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to contractual terms related to service level agreements and implement appropriate actions as needed.
