Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Abilities To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As In Retail Or Hospitality, Is Highly Desirable. The Candidate Should Be Able To Handle Customer Inquiries, Complaints, And Provide A Positive Customer Experience.
Knowledge Of Coca-Cola Products: Familiarity With The Company's Products And Brand Is A Plus. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Promote And Educate Customers On Coca-Cola's Various Beverages And Their Unique Features.
Problem-Solving Skills: As A Guest Experience Associate, The Candidate Will Encounter Various Customer Issues And Should Be Able To Think On Their Feet To Resolve Them Efficiently And Effectively.
