  1. Operate and maintain the Freestyle automated warehouse system efficiently and accurately.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
  3. Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and identify any issues.
  4. Communicate with warehouse team to coordinate and prioritize tasks.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the automated warehouse system.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse operations.
  8. Keep work area clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures for warehouse operations.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions for optimization.
  11. Train and mentor new operators on the Freestyle automated warehouse system.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  13. Support inventory audits and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  14. Update and maintain necessary documentation and reports related to warehouse operations.
  15. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in automated warehouse technology.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement To Be Considered For The Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge That Is Necessary For Operating Automated Warehouse Equipment.

  • Experience In Warehouse Operations: Experience In Warehouse Operations, Preferably In A Similar Role, Is Highly Desired. This Includes Experience In Operating Automated Warehouse Equipment, Managing Inventory, And Maintaining A Safe And Organized Warehouse Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Automated Warehouse Systems: A Strong Understanding Of Automated Warehouse Systems, Including Software And Equipment, Is Essential For This Role. This Includes The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Technical Issues That May Arise.

  • Physical Ability: The Job Of A Freestyle Automated Warehouse Operator May Require Physical Tasks Such As Lifting Heavy Boxes, Standing For Long Periods Of Time, And Working In A Fast-Paced Environment. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Effectively.

  • Attention To Detail: As An Operator Of Automated Warehouse Equipment, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Accurate Inventory Management And Efficient Operation Of The Warehouse. Candidates Must Have The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Details And Perform Tasks Accurately And Efficiently.
