We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our team and lead our global PLM strategy. As the Director, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and efficiency across our product development process.   1. Develop and implement a global PLM strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product lifecycle management professionals to ensure efficient and effective product development processes.
  3. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product development by leveraging new technologies and best practices in the PLM space.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, research and development, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration of PLM processes.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development.
  6. Define and track key performance indicators for product development and use data to drive decision-making.
  7. Develop and manage budgets and resources for the PLM department.
  8. Communicate PLM strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to product development.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the PLM team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Director Of Plm Must Possess Excellent Leadership Qualities And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Plm Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Product Lifecycle Management: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of The Entire Product Lifecycle, From Ideation To Launch, And The Ability To Develop And Implement Successful Plm Strategies.

  • Experience In The Consumer Goods Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Working In The Consumer Goods Industry, Preferably In A Similar Role, And Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Market And Consumer Trends.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Director Of Plm Must Have The Ability To Think Strategically And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive Product Innovation And Growth. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Overcome Any Challenges That May Arise During The Product Development Process.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Extensive Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, And Sales. The Director Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Ideas And Influence Decision-Making.
