  1. Develop and implement engineering strategies and initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and infrastructure across our global operations.
  2. Oversee the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes and packaging systems to increase efficiency and quality.
  3. Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any engineering-related issues or challenges.
  5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and equipment manufacturers.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in engineering processes and infrastructure.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in engineering, and implement best practices within the company.
  9. Manage and allocate resources effectively to support engineering projects and initiatives.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Engineering Manufacturing Processes, Packaging, And Infrastructure, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Technical Expertise: In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Materials, And Packaging Technologies Used In The Food And Beverage Industry, Along With A Strong Understanding Of Infrastructure Design And Maintenance.

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Innovative Strategies To Improve Operational Efficiency, Reduce Costs, And Drive Continuous Improvement In Manufacturing Processes And Infrastructure.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineers, Technicians, And Production Staff. Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Colleagues At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Quality And Safety Focus: A Deep Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And A Commitment To Ensuring The Highest Standards Of Safety And Compliance In All Manufacturing Operations. Experience With Lean Six Sigma And Other Quality Improvement Methodologies Is Highly Desirable.
