  1. Develop and execute strategies to enhance equipment solutions and drive customer engagement.
  2. Lead a team to ensure successful implementation of equipment solutions and engagement initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
  5. Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  6. Create and manage budgets for equipment solutions and customer engagement activities.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  8. Train and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance and engagement.
  9. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Coca-Cola brand and values.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve equipment solutions and customer engagement strategies to drive business results.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports on equipment solutions and customer engagement initiatives to senior management.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices related to equipment solutions and customer engagement.

  • Strategic Thinker: The Director Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop And Execute Long-Term Plans For Equipment Solutions And Customer Engagement That Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: The Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Ideas And Proposals To Senior Management. The Ideal Candidate Should Also Have Strong Leadership Skills To Motivate And Guide The Team Towards Success.

  • Knowledge Of The Beverage Industry: A Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Beverage Industry, Particularly In The Equipment Solutions And Customer Engagement Space, Is Essential For This Role.
