- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all demand planning activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on demand planning analysis and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in demand planning to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with suppliers and customers related to demand planning.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and strive to meet or exceed their expectations through effective demand planning.
Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Demand Planning, Forecasting, Or Sales Analysis.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
