  1. Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the credit union, including but not limited to account reconciliation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and accounting standards.
  3. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and streamline financial operations.
  7. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key insights and making recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  8. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available for day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
  9. Oversee the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  12. Represent the credit union in meetings with stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory agencies, and external auditors.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  14. Manage relationships with vendors and financial institutions, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely payments.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of The Coca-Cola Company, promoting a culture of integrity, diversity, and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Finance, Preferably In A Credit Union Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Regulatory Compliance

  • Proficiency In Accounting Software And Financial Reporting Systems

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Teamwork Skills
