Chilled Production Lead

Prepares beverage & beverage base batches based on lab sheets shared by developers within the expected quality and time and prepares consumables & finished goods for production/shipment. Analyzes basic beverage parameters i.e. brix, acidity, pH, carbonation, and taste. Monitors processes to maintain the production parameters within specifications and monitors microbiological conditions of equipment and take appropriate corrective actions. Provides guidance, expertise and training in selected pilot plant equipment and develops expertise on specific equipment. Works directly with cross-departmental personnel and management to problem-solve to ensure maximum production efficiencies. Manages documentation and records in order to ensure that they are complete, current, secure and easily retrievable. Implements the plant reliability strategy by facilitating exercises, tracking performance, maintaining data and records and reporting status of various reliability programs.
