Job Description

Responsible for the development and implementation of a revenue growth plan through attaining new business. Responsible to develop strategies and execution for new account opportunities per FSOP subchannel. Develop team engagements, planning and team roles and responsibilities for new acquisitions. Develops annual business plan with customer, bottler, and team input that outlines key strategies and initiatives for Coca-Cola growth within customer's management and our system. Ensures business plan and marketing activities are developed and executed to deliver volume, profit, and customer satisfaction assurances made to all stakeholders during business acquisition and/or stewardship planning.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of key account experience and or growth experience

  • Beverage/consumer packaged goods experience

  • Able to demonstrate experience in sales, persuasion, negotiating and managing key accounts

  • Must have experience in managing price package plans for customers aligned with bottler

  • Knowledge of bottler system, fountain environment and systems
