Job Description

As a Blending/Mixer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our iconic Coca-Cola products. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the blending process.   1. Prepare and monitor blending equipment to ensure accurate and consistent blends are created.
  2. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe specifications.
  3. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with blending equipment or ingredients.
  5. Maintain inventory of ingredients and communicate any shortages or discrepancies.
  6. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  7. Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records of blending processes.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of blended products.
  9. Continuously seek ways to improve blending processes and suggest new ideas for product development.
  10. Train and mentor new blending/mixing team members as needed.
  11. Communicate any product or equipment issues to management in a timely manner.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in blending technology.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Coca-Cola brand.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Comply with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience Operating Industrial Blenders Or Mixers: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Operating And Maintaining Industrial Blending Or Mixing Equipment In A Manufacturing Or Production Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Food Safety And Quality Control Standards: As The Coca-Cola Company Produces Food And Beverage Products, Applicants Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Food Safety Regulations And Quality Control Standards To Ensure Product Consistency And Safety.
