  1. Maintain and troubleshoot automated systems to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  2. Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on instrumentation and control equipment.
  3. Install, calibrate, and program new automation equipment as needed.
  4. Monitor and analyze data from automated systems to identify and resolve any issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with automated equipment.
  7. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.
  8. Proactively identify potential problems and develop solutions to improve equipment performance.
  9. Train and mentor other technicians on automation, instrumentation, and control processes.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in automation, instrumentation, and controls.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for automation processes.
  13. Participate in projects and initiatives to optimize production processes and equipment.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Solid Educational Foundation In The Fields Of Engineering And Technology Is Essential For An Automation, Instrumentation & Controls Technician Job At The Coca-Cola Company.

  • Experience In Plc Programming And Troubleshooting: As An Automation, Instrumentation & Controls Technician, You Will Be Responsible For Programming And Troubleshooting Various Types Of Programmable Logic Controllers (Plcs). Previous Experience In This Area Is A Must.

  • Knowledge Of Automation And Control Systems: Candidates Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Automation And Control Systems, As Well As Experience With Dcs (Distributed Control Systems) And Scada (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) Systems.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations: The Coca-Cola Company Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, So It Is Important For Candidates To Have Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Fda And Osha Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: As An Automation, Instrumentation & Controls Technician, You Will Be Working With A Team Of Engineers, Technicians, And Other Professionals. Effective Communication And Problem-Solving Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
