- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of automation systems to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement automation solutions that improve overall efficiency and quality.

- Follow safety protocols and ensure all equipment is in compliance with safety regulations.
- Train and mentor other technicians on automation processes and technologies.

- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and purchase necessary automation equipment and parts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate and prioritize maintenance and repair tasks.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner to minimize production interruptions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation processes and systems.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Proficiency In Programmable Logic Controllers (Plcs): The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Plcs And Their Programming Languages, As They Will Be Responsible For Troubleshooting And Maintaining The Automation Systems At The Coca-Cola Company.
Knowledge Of Hmi And Scada Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Human-Machine Interfaces (Hmi) And Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (Scada) Systems, Which Are Used To Monitor And Control Industrial Processes.
Electrical And Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills: The Automation & Controls Technician Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems, As They Will Be Required To Troubleshoot And Repair Any Issues That Arise With The Automation Equipment.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In The Various Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Automation And Controls, Such As Osha And Nfpa, To Ensure Compliance And Safety In The Workplace.
Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Automation & Controls Technician Will Work Closely With Other Technicians And Engineers, As Well As Production And Maintenance Teams.
