  1. Monitor and analyze regulatory changes at the local, national, and global level to ensure company compliance.
  2. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of the business.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and areas of improvement in current regulatory processes.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to stay updated on industry trends and changes.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective compliance strategies and processes.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of regulatory requirements and updates.
  7. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
  8. Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to the beverage industry.
  9. Communicate potential risks and non-compliance issues to senior management and recommend solutions.
  10. Train and educate employees on regulatory compliance policies and procedures.
  11. Participate in industry conferences and workshops to stay informed on best practices and new developments in regulatory compliance.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance and provide guidance on compliance-related matters to various departments within the organization.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and processes to ensure compliance in all areas.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues and risks to prevent any potential violations.
  15. Continuously review and update compliance policies and procedures to ensure they align with current regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Regulations.
