- Develop and implement a comprehensive UX research strategy for the company's digital products and services.
- Lead and manage a team of UX researchers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high quality research is conducted.
- Identify user needs and pain points through various research methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Analyze and interpret data from user research to inform product and design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and incorporate them into the company's processes.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach and ensure that the user's voice is represented in all product decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating research findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact of UX research on product success.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the company's user experience.
- Manage research budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of research projects.
- Act as a thought leader within the company and the industry, sharing insights and best practices with the broader UX community.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the UX research team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase the company's UX research capabilities and thought leadership.
- Ensure that all UX research is conducted in compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines.
Advanced Degree In A Related Field Such As Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Or User Experience Design.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Experience In Ux Research, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Ux Research Projects And Implementing Findings Into Product Design And Development.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, And Ability To Apply Them In A Corporate Environment.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders.
