  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive UX research strategy for the company's digital products and services.
  2. Lead and manage a team of UX researchers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high quality research is conducted.
  3. Identify user needs and pain points through various research methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  4. Analyze and interpret data from user research to inform product and design decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and incorporate them into the company's processes.
  7. Advocate for a user-centric approach and ensure that the user's voice is represented in all product decisions.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating research findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  9. Set and monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact of UX research on product success.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the company's user experience.
  11. Manage research budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of research projects.
  12. Act as a thought leader within the company and the industry, sharing insights and best practices with the broader UX community.
  13. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the UX research team.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase the company's UX research capabilities and thought leadership.
  15. Ensure that all UX research is conducted in compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Related Field Such As Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Or User Experience Design.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Experience In Ux Research, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Ux Research Projects And Implementing Findings Into Product Design And Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, And Ability To Apply Them In A Corporate Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders.
